Our Client is a global logistics provider. At present due to continuous growth and continuous improvement we are seeking to recruit a Distribution Center Manager. Ideal person will carry full operational responsibility for the Processing Centre to ensure the efficient and cost-effective storage, processing and onward movement of merchandise.

The right candidate needs to provide the best quality of service and delivery of products. Ideal person will carry full operational responsibility for the Processing Centre to ensure the efficient and cost-effective storage, processing and movement.

Main responsibilities:

- Reduce cost, improve operational efficiency and provide outstanding levels of service to the Logistics Centers,
- Planning and budgeting - ensuring that resources are available and that development is maintained.
- Ensure all key performance indicators are monitored and consistently achieved.
- Lead and develop the management team to perform in this target orientated, high paced, diverse environment.
- Provide for management succession through training and development.

Profile description:

- Previous management experience in single and/or multiple logistics site operations.
- Experience gained in large warehouse/distribution or similar high volume manufacturing/production environment
- Leadership and motivation of a team of 100+ associates
- People/team development and succession planning
- Managed complex logistic operations
- Budget and resource planning management
- Excellent people management skills
- Good command of English
